Elynn's Apple Smash Cake!
This cake was so fun to do! I made this cake for sweet little Elynn's First Birthday party. Her momma wanted to have this specific cake made to be just like the one she had for her 8th birthday as a little girl. It was the only cake she remembered from her childhood, and she wanted her baby girl to have the same wonderful Snow White-themed birthday experience that she did. She also requested an apple-shaped smash cake for Elynn. So after some trial and error, I came up with the one pictured above. It's a strawberry cake with red colored buttercream, and a tootsie roll stem. It turned out super cute!
